Bees, snakes and really BIG bugs...

Usually, I plan to do a local photo shoot in a Santa Clarita Valley historical area or landmark. These locations make for interesting photography and are the back drop for some fun images. The SCV has so many interesting locations to choose from and today my choice was Mentryville.
I started out with an idea for a wonderful and very special young couple. I decided rustic photographic backrounds were a suitible choice for today's shoot.
Low and behold, when we got to Mentryville, we encountered a few local residents. Bees had moved their hive into the school house and a snake called one of the out- buildings his home. It was then the photographer's decision to take her shoot to a location with a better chance of getting good photos rather than  the opprotunity to be chased by a swarm of angry bees.
Here are a few the images of the happy couple...without the really... Really REALLY BIG BUG!
